2. PURCHASE OF GARMENTS
Every order is exclusively made according to every customer's specifications and we require 100% payment in advance using our web site shopping cart automated system to begin processing of each order.
3. DELIVERY EXPENSE
Shipping rates, custom duties and other levies in destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
5. DELIVERY TIME
We require at least 4-5 weeks for Formal wear outfits and 8-weeks for Bridal & Groom outfits after confirmation of orders for processing and delivery of product. All outfits are crafted in Pakistan & India made-to-order with final touches completed at Los Angeles, USA for each customer by highly professional & experienced staff of Indus Fashions.
6. LAW
All transactions are subject to United States of America jurisdiction only.
7. REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns for refund or exchange must be done within 24 hours of receiving your order. All order cancellations and refunds are subject to 15% restocking and handling fee. As all Outfits are custom made & crafted individually for each customer and very carefully for every client based on the design they select and the fitting measurements & instruction they provide to Indus Fashions by filling out our Online Order Form for Men & Online Order Form for Women therefore Indus Fashions guarantees 100% satisfaction to its valued customers. Refunds and exchanges will not be entertained unless there is a substantial variation between the displayed items on our web site & Provided measurements vs. shipped items. Once again Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed to its full extent and our goal is to make our customers completely satisfied on a very fair basis.
8. VALIDITY OF ORDER
Once the order has been received and payment has been received and processed according to customer's instructions, the order can not be cancelled.
9. CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify and change any terms of usage without prior notice. The changes will be posted on the website and the user should refer to these changes of policies and agree with them if they continue to use the website.
